- Clinical features can include haematuria, proteinuria, hypertension,

diffuse glomerulonephritis affects all the glomeruli.
- A segmental glomerulonephritis affects just a portion within the affected
glomeruli, a global glomerulonephritis affects all portions of affected
glomeruli.
